Twinsie Tuesday: Match Your Nails To Your Purse

Hi friends! How was your weekend? Mine was actually kind of boring, but I got a new book - Red Rising - that totally made the weekend worth it. It is sooooo good! Okay, enough book talk.

Since today is Tuesday, I have my portion of the Twinsie Tuesday theme post. This week we are matching our nails to our purses. I am not really a "purse" person. I carry one more out of necessity than fashion. In fact, it is a pretty boring purse. But my wallet is way cute and worthy of being the inspiration for some nail art!

Saran Wrap

I used the Saran Wrap technique to get the textured look of my wallet. If you don't know how to do this, you can read a tutorial I did for Nailpolis here. It is really simple, and usually, the outcome is beautiful! I love how nude and gold look together, which is one of the reasons I got this wallet!

I'm not one to match my nails to my purse, but I do like finding inspiration in unusual places. So in the end, this was a fun way to do that, with an awesome outcome! As always, be sure to see how the rest of the Twinsies did with today's theme!
